Arsenal CEO Richard Garlick has said the club would consider selling Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly if the right opportunity arises, but are "not actively looking" to move them on.
The 19-year-old academy graduates have been the subject of transfer speculation. Garlick said Arsenal are "very, very happy" with Lewis-Skelly after his strong end to last season and Community Shield display, while Nwaneri has had a "great" pre-season.
"We are not actively looking at selling those homegrown players but if the right opportunity came up -- right for them and the club -- we'd obviously consider that," he said.
Garlick also confirmed it is "only a matter of time" before Mikel Arteta signs a new contract, adding the situation "will be resolved very shortly."
Nwaneri is currently being prioritised for a loan rather than a permanent exit.
