Arsenal with a classic over Manchester City for the Community Shield

A heavy defeat for the "citizens" at the beginning of the post-Guardiola era

Arsenal did not encounter any problems in winning the Community Shield before the start of the new season in the Premier League. The capital defeated Manchester City 3-0 in the final in the Welsh capital Cardiff.

Some of the City fans did not wait until the end of the match. Even before the start, it became clear that they would be about 7,000 people less in the stands.

This is not the worst result for City from Arsenal in recent times, as the "gunners" won 5:1 in a championship match at the beginning of 2025.
