According to The Athletic, Aston Villa have held exploratory talks over a deal for West Ham right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The Villans look to strengthen the position and provide competition for Matty Cash. Their move for Emerson Royal failed to materialise, while young understudy Kosta Nedeljkovic has interest from Rangers and other clubs.
West Ham are open to selling Wan-Bissaka and value the defender at around £25m, with his contract running until 2031.
The 28-year-old made just 25 league appearances for West Ham last season as they were relegated from the Premier League. However, he started all four of DR Congo's World Cup matches this summer.
